Pending Flights

When flights are added to our platform, they are initially set to a Pending status. 

This is to ensure that our team can thoroughly review the flight information to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues with seat availability or pricing. Our team conducts these manual reviews multiple times daily to ensure that flights are opened for sale as soon as possible. Once the review is completed, and all information is confirmed to be correct, the flight's status will be updated to Open.

It is important to note that unless the departure date for a flight is within the next 48 hours, there is typically no need to reach out to our team to request an expedited opening for a specific flight. However, if a flight's departure date is imminent, we offer the option to request an expedited opening to ensure that the flight is available for purchase as soon as possible (contact us at support@citizenplane.com)
