Flight cancellations terms of use

In the event of a flight cancellation, you must offer a replacement solution to the passenger, even if his/her flight had a connection. The passenger will be the one to choose between this new itinerary or the reimbursement of this ticket.

Notify us at support@citizenplane.com as soon as you are aware that the flight has been cancelled, with an offer for a new flight. We will notify you within 48 hours if the passenger refuses the change.
